If you are applying for 2 people fill out the Pre Screen form and include information for both applicants respectively. Put a “/” between entries to separate your answers. As an example: John Doe / Jane Doe. Each question should start with applicant’s first name, like this: John’s income is $2,000 / Jane’s income is $3,000. Answer all of the questions in this format.

Your credit score is not a deciding factor. You can have bad credit and still rent with us. You need to make 3 times rent to get approved. Standard security deposit for all units is 1 months rent. If you do not make 3 times rent you can get approved with a higher security deposit. If you have evictions or lease breaks your security deposit will double to triple. If we cannot verify 12 months bank statement deposits and/or pay stubs, your security deposit will double to triple. Criminal backgrounds are not a deciding factor. You can have a criminal background and still rent with us. It will depend on the crime and when it occurred. Most negative factors can be accepted with higher security deposits.
